The VR Greenville office works with several local and national financial institutions as well as with the Small Business Administration to ensure the best possible financing package for each transaction.  We continually strive to partner with the most client-oriented, success-based financial institutions in the industry.  Our partners include PNC Bank, Popular Small Business Capital, Wachovia, and South Carolina Bank and Trust, to name a few.

In some transactions, seller financing may be required.  VR's experience in mediation provides the insight, knowledge and skills necessary to achieve acceptable seller note terms for all parties of the transaction.
