Shawn Donovan - Business Intermediary

Shawn's experience includes various levels of business management with a strong emphasis in sales and marketing.  Having lead several small to mid-sized companies in the areas of sales and general management, Shawn has gained valuable experience in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, negotiations, and staff development.  This experience is valuable in helping buyers and sellers with a variety of services such as expansion, exit strategy, and valuation.

 

Bob Woods - Business Intermediary

Bob's professional career began in the management and ownership of retail businesses.  After that he worked for 20 years as an account executive with a large international transportation company.  The majority of Bob's accounts were small to medium sized, mostly in manufacturing and technology.  He has recently worked as a broker for property managers and contractors.  He will be able to call on his experiences both as an owner and manager, consulting with companies to understand their objectives and to help them achieve those goals.  Bob is a graduate of New York University. 

Steve Nelson - Business Intermediary

Steve spent 23 years in the petroleum industry working for a major oil company and for the past 14 years acquiring and operating a small chain of convenience stores throughout Massachusetts, Delaware and Colorado. He recently relocated to New York and acquired a real estate license where he specializes in commercial transactions. He has an extensive background in real estate, financing, strategic planning, contracts and marketing. His experience acquiring and owning his own business provides credibility to assist others in buying or selling their business.
